The dings are sufficiently deep enough to keep it at
MS-62 or 3.

63 because of the distracting hits on the cheek and neck.

Those dings by the wings got me at a 63.
Otherwise it's an easy 64.

Has the look of a GSA Morgan.
Somewhat baggy.
I'm at MS-62 or -63.

MS63. Many small dings, and a few large ones keep it at 63.

typical sharp strike for this year. surface preservation is AVG- with a lot of little marks and ticks which imo will hold it to MS63

Received the coin today. I'm pleased, it's very lustrous. I've tried to capture the lustre in the photos below.
The obverse does have many scratches which you can see better in the photo where the coin is angled slightly. A fair bit of chatter around the cheek and below. The reverse however is really really clean.

Are we still at MS63 or does it make MS64 due to the reflectivity and the very clean reverse?

EDIT: Forgot to mention, it cost me $50

I'm still at MS63. dont think it can pull 64 so you paid retail for it or maybe a little over as the I would knocked off a few $$ for the obverse
