I decided to split this off from EG's thread about toned jeffersons , and see if we could give the proofs some screen time !

Ha ha, I'm just sashaying through the forum and I'm like....huh? I didn't make a proof nickel thread?
I guess I'm going to have to post my pictures now even though the ones currently posted are going to be of a far better quality.
But not right now.....its like 2:00 A.M.

Nice Jeffersons !
These coins take on some of the coolest toning , and from what I have seen with mine a wide array of colors .
That 81 is a super looking coin !

Alright, no more pictures for me. My camera may have the suckiest macro function ever, so these are scanner pics that everyone loves so much. I only have one of the nickel and it doesn't even capture its deep lilac purple so no justice done there.
