My wife died about 8 years ago.
Now a widow, I have to manage all of my own money.
I have adopted all of my wife's budgeting practices, and we were, and now I, have never been in debt.

When I was married, I gave every cent that I earned to her.
I earned the money, she did the budgeting, using cash only, much like in America 100 years ago. That system still works fine.
A bit like cavemen. I went out and did the hunting, and kept the family fed. She managed the family.

Some men are very lucky to have a good woman like that.
TNG is also a lucky man.

Thanks sel
That was nice of you. I wish you all the best and saddened to know of your loss. I bet that it is hard at times.
In my thoughts today.

I think it's more interesting about paying bills :)

I take care of investments, my wife takes care of all the bills. Harder to hide my purchases but otherwise it's all good :)

Fixed, although I'm still a little unclear on the identity of Mr. Yup.

i thought it was a widower and not a widow Sel_69l, but hope to learn a think or two from the wiser people here.

No consolidation is my guess it will go up and the down straight back down. however that depends on CB BS's.
