It is a die clash. My image host stopped working. But it is part of the clash.

In the hair, that is just part of the design. Probably seen easier in earlier die states, wearing down as the die ages.

In the hair area Looked like could've been Interior Die Break. I looked at a overlay I use and nothing lined up in that area in front on bowtie. The part USSID18 squared off almost looks like the #1. ?
