Grading modern Memorials are tricky IMO, you have to look close for wear as many AU coins are easily mistaken for MS.

The pictures just don't show the coin close enough for me, but I'd say is AU55 RD at least. There seems to be a bit of a rub on the cheek and forhead. I believe the spot on the steps is a die issue.

No matter how you shake it, it's a nice example!

It should see pretty good money, I'll guess $50.

COOL! Those are fairly scarce, I hope you get what you want out of it. How come you didn't post it on CC first? I would have dropped $50 on it.

It isn't my coin, this guy in my coin club found out I sold mine for $162 a while back and asked me to sell it on ebay for him....

I'm hoping he gets at least $100 out of it after paying all of the ebay & paypal fees. Just gotta wait & see I guess. The last 2 that sold on ebay went for under $100 but I think it was just bad timing.

I don't know what the problem is....here is the email I got from ebay but I still don't know....there was NOTHING in the auction that said it was certified.

does anybody see anyting wrong with my listing? I don't see any problem with the listing and I don't want to just relist it and risk having the auction cancelled again.

Who can I email at ebay and get an explanation?

Your listing is gone, so can't see what might be wrong. But that is a raw coin, so you can't put a grade in the title. You also can't put a value in the description, even if you state that it is your opinion. Finally, you can't reference a price guide or grading service. So my guess is you broke one of those rules (since you said you didn't say it was certified).

Oh, I didn't know I was the only one that could still see the listing.....

I did reference a price guide but I've never seen that rule

Okay, now you can list it again correctly. The auction will most likely do just as well.
