Afraid the reverse spotting (and apparent cleaning effort) would detail the coin, but the obverse is most attractive.

A little worried about the rim ding on REV bottom. Other than that I'd also say XF Cleaned. Put it in your cent albums and leave it. Should naturally retone over time to something better looking.

I don't see this as EF sharpness, particularly on obverse with no ear outline, so agree VF details.
