For example I ordered the IA series last year and put all future orders on enrollment. I don't believe you can do an enrollment without a prior order. I had to look back at my proof set shipments to see I was not charged shipping. I guess with the prices going up I just did not notice.  |

I am sure you can or at least you could, because I never bought uncirculated mint sets until last year and I was able to add those at the time. The way that is worded is because you are enrolling after it has been available to buy?  |

I have an enrollment for the proof set and last Thursday I was notified that my order has been shipped and my bank card had been charged. Today is Tuesday and the USPS tracking is still showing "pre-shipment". I don't know if the fulfillment center hasn't shipped the order yet or if they missed it completely.
Has anyone else run across this, four days and still not showing the order as in transit.

I think when the fulfillment center prints up the mailing label it automatically downloads the tracking info to the post office. Sticking labels on boxes must be at a snail-like pace at the fulfillment center! |

Mine said pre-shipment until last night (Monday/Columbus Day holiday). Arrived today on Tuesday. I live in Virginia.

I'm pretty certain that the shipping is based on when you signed up for enrollment. Since I signed up in 2008, I guess I'm one of the first ones to get it shipped out.

My 2020 Innovation Dollars Proof Set of four coins was ordered on Monday and received on Thursday. I would not call that slow delivery by any measure. This one was not ordered under a subscription. It came via USPS.
