Unfortunately that wouldn't be possible, as Coinfrog says, the seller would just wait for another buyer.

The seller is reputable and regularly sells high dollar items though.

Thanks for the photo slider23! I somehow missed that one, you are correct the date position matches up nicely on that photo.

I'd still want it in a PCGS slab if it was my money, not so much for the grade as much as the buy back guarantee.

I would have no problem buying this coin raw at the right price.

Another option would indeed be to buy the raw coin and then send it off to PCGS or NGC yourself.

Price for this coin is $2150, which is pretty decent for the coin considering it's raw.

Thank you all for your opinions!

Coin looks authentic with nice surfaces. VF30 and I would always buy a coin like this at the price.

Looks like a cast fake to me but I don't know this series well. I think I'd want to see this one in a slab before I'd buy it.

Great eye appeal and honest wear. If I was in the market for a bust dollar I would have no problem purchasing this coin. Plus if the seller is reputable, that is a bonus.

Great looking coin at a decent price. VF-30 seems about right.

If the seller is prepared to guarantee it (money back guarantee) and you trust them to honour the guarantee, then buy it and have it slabbed yourself.
