I agree with all of the above. Very nice coin, even despite its unfortunate condition being 80 years old. Very nice find!

Great find. PCGS lists a graded Brown F12 at $55.

I threw it in a 2x2. The condition is making me think to not have it graded. What do you all think?

Well at a value of around $55, I think that you are right around at the typical cost of slabbing. Let's see what others think.

Not worth grading IMO. The rim hits on the obverse and the crud at the bottom of the bust could bring a details designation. A general rule that CCF follows is that the coin should have a minimum value of $150 to warrant a slab.

Congrats on a nice find. And most of the time slabbing this quality of coin wouldn't be advised, but...
Whether to slab it really depends on your ultimate goal. Making money or certifying a desirable variety coin you found in the wild.
(Plus going through the process to send it in is a learning process all in itself.)
Decisions, decisions!!!!! Good luck with whatever you decide to do.
