Quote: Could you explain how you came to that conclusion? Just google a photo of a genuine 1795 Half Dime and do a side by side comparison the Obverse and Reverse. I know there are a couple of variations but the OP's coin is not the same as any of them. If I have time later on, I will do one and post it.

There are 10 varieties of the 1795 Half Dime, and this one matches closely to LM-2. Here's one that sold at Heritage several years ago. https://coins.ha.com/itm/early-half.../1172-3310.s I'm not entirely convinced of authenticity because of some subtle differences in the thickness of some letters and the shape of some serifs. It clearly would need to be authenticated and graded before selling given the rarity of that variety.

Here's a comparison of the 1795 Half Dime LM-2 with the OP's coin on top.

Thanks for be welcome. Yes! You found a similar one. I had the box with autentication ...genuine coin ...but I don t like the grade that they put on it. My opinion is that a coin need to be hold in a hand and not close in a box

I would suggest Great Collections, but it will have to be sent in for authentication and put in another box with a grade. The auction house can take care of that and send it in for you though.
Stack's Bowers may be your best option if you want to sell raw. If I recall correctly some coins need not be graded by a third party to be listed there.

Heritage is another good option. If it's in a straight-graded NGC or PCGS holder with attribution as an LM-2, it would likely sell at a much higher price than raw. You may prefer holding the raw coin instead of a slab, but if you're selling the coin, it's what the buyer wants that counts.

ZURIE...I will consider your suggestion. Thank the problem is that these experts describe the coin with 2 words and do not describe the coin well in all its details

Coin like this would definitely required to be authenticated again, you can asked to add additional words to be place on the label, but maybe a few more.

If you have access to a good dealer I would take it there. The dealer can help you with the counterfeit question and help you decide how to sell it. My dealer will take consignments at 15% (lower than many auctions) and guarantee a specified minimum return. I think this is a heck of a deal.
