I also would agree, looks like a S to me
I've been collecting for a couple years... Favorite Coin's are Standing Liberty quarters, Working on my type set | Coffee, Corvettes, Coins & the CCF what could be better?

It is an S. A D would be rotated clockwise a little more unless of course it were a fake D. I am confident this one is an S mint.
