I vote for let's tar and feather him in front of the village

nfine, I actually sort of agree with you. Might sound strange, but when a person is doing the damage to these Morgans that he is, it just makes the natural ones that we all have worth that much more. really stinks for people who are new to the coin collecting hobby that see them and buys them for way more than they are worth.

Quote: Here is a fun side-by-side of the coin I had bought. I did get a full refund. First off, thank you for testing the water. I ran across this shyster's listings a few months ago and figured it was image manipulation more than polishing. I am curious if you left feedback and if negative or neutral was it removed?

I don't know. The seller has almost 15,000 positive reviews and only 15 negative.

dave700x, they took my return with no hassle and quickly refunded, so I decided to leave them no feedback at the time. Looking back, I probably should have left negative or neutral

I have noticed this too. Coin after coin appears to be polished or whizzed. It's a shame so many ebay buyers are thinking these coins are genuine AU/Unc. These Morgan dollars have been permanently ruined.

There are literally hundreds of BILLIONS of coin out there. Live and let learn. You can't wrap everyone in protective bubble wrap. My 2¢

I like your perspective. Not our problem, time to move on. Reallocate this time to getting good deals instead of complaining.

I've too seen this seller's Morgans on ebay. Picture editing at its finest. No uncirculated Morgans even look like that. Glad you got a refund.
