Not seeing much, if any, wear on the usual points. AU55-58 sharpness to me. Personally, I like this CBH. It's hard to judge luster from Internet photography sometimes, especially when toning is involved (this is not a knock on OP's photograpy, which is great, just an observation in general.)

Truly fully toned bust halves with attractive iridescent/rainbow colors are rarer than hen's teeth and often priced accordingly.

These are the seller's images. I don't have the coin in hand yet. I will say that it is straight graded.

Was is cleaned or dipped at one time? Probably, I would argue that most CBHs have been.

Likely had an old dip that's retoning, as so many have. I can't get a good feel for luster on this one. I'm at AU53, but could see a one grade swing either way

My first thought was AU-55 but perhaps AU-58 if the luster is better than shown here. I like it!

A few of you got it. I, along with many others think is is a bit higher. Finding a '33 that is well struck is a bit of a challenge as most of the die pairings had either a mushy obverse or reverse without a fully struck EPU banner (or both). I also liked the look of it. Paid too much for it in the last Heritage auction, but sometimes you just have to.

Without it in hand, I think pristine2 may have nailed it:

i still stand on AU53. the amount of wear on this coin is not at the AU50 level imo and I think the remaining luster is equivalent to a 53

Finally received this one from Heritage. Luster, while not blazing, is certainly there. I feel like this is easily equivalent to others that I own in PCGS-55 holders.

Yes it looks under graded and the eye appeal jumps off the screen.

My guess would have been AU53 as well
