Deep scratch on the reverse with some contact marks on the breast. The rim toning is particularly nice. The obverse has the usual light scuffing to the face with some deeper hits to the neck. The lustre looks unbroken. I'm sorry to be a party pooper but I see it at MS63+ with a shot at MS64. I believe MS65 is out of the question.

On my phone it looks like a solid 64, shot 65. Very attractive piece.

we usually see average strikes for the 04(O)'s. i'd say the obv is ok but the reverse is weaker than normal. you have some peripheral toning going on. the gold toning is pretty even on both sides so that adds a little to the eye appeal so long as it doesn't start migrating towards black. luster looks pretty good. as for surface preservation I see a finger print at K10 obv, some tiny marks on the cheek area as well as rub/abrasions. a scratch in the field above GOD rev and some ticks across the breast.

i cant get this coin to MS65 as some have stated
I'm with TobyJ on it. MS63+ maybe 64

I am at MS64. I could see an eye appeal bump to MS65.

I'm thinking MS65--not a terribly strong one, but 65 nonetheless.

NGC gave it a 65+. I think picture quality probably threw a few of you off, I am working on figuring out better lighting and clearer pictures.
