Unless those are somehow die polishing lines on the reverse, I'll say AU details (scratched).

The luster is artificial, looks like a baking soda and water cleaning job.

Nice one! It sure looks like RPM-001/FS-501. If so, the scratches through STATES OF are die polishing lines and a key diagnostic. This is a tough critter to find, and I've never seen an EDS before. The depth of the die scratches might suggest that this is the elusive EDS or EMDS.

Yes, you are right. It is FS-501 - That is about the only reason I purchased it.
