Bio.....

That would definately be exciting if it did !......it'd be nice to see the value of the "proofs" skyrocket......since I bought two of em' !.....

I sure would like to see something new like this just keep climbing in value through the next few years !

I wonder how many Lincoln dollars the mint is setting aside for the special Commemorative Set and the Legacy Set. I know there will only be 50,000 for the special Commemorative Set. But how many do you think will be set aside for the Legacy set?

I'm just thinking that if the proof dollar is the only one that is being set aside for both sets and if each set will have a total of 50,000 Commemorative dollars in it, then we are a lot closer to a sell out.

Yeah.....that's what I was wondering as well.....good point !

Coin Specifications:
Weight: 26.73 grams
Diameter: 1.500 inches
Composition: 90 percent Silver; balance Copper
Mintage Limit: 500,000 (across all product options)

So this "includes" the American Legacy Set and the Special Lincoln 5 coin Set.
Yes....they must be even closer to selling out than I realized ! And that Am. Legacy Set is usually only available in what....December or so and then is "unavailable" very quickly....like 30 days later or something....it's gone !
So....how many American Legacy Sets will be minted ?.......anybody know ?

I believe that the Legacy Sets are limited to 50,000 as well and I have not seen any mention of them. Perhaps the actual number is closer to 385,000 when taking that set into account

JB...
Please do not ask me to go into all of the many layered effects of "long term sleep deprivation disorders" and the effects on the human brain !

For some reason "my brain" focused on that day and date....the 12th instead of the 5th......
