This should be in the classic US coins forum. Anyway I suspect the missing luster on large parts of Liberty's neck mean that this coin is not MS. Also the luster seems muted, so maybe the coin has been dipped. I would rate this AU-58 on the obverse. Reverse looks MS, at least MS-64, probably higher. So spoke the amateur, I am sure the experts will weigh in later. I think 60$ are ok for this coin. I would break it out of the slab though. Edited by HP2001PH

Given the images posted, I'm thinking it falls in the MS62-64 range. Evaluating the coin in-hand would be best, but that won't happen for me!

It is MS63+ and possibly MS64. The only grading companies I would ever rate as being accurate are in this order, most accurate first:
NGC
PCGS.

Pictures have a lot of glare. My guess is MS-63 with a dip.

MS-63 to MS-64. Lots of glare, hard to be accurate. No where near MS-67

Hard to grade with these photos. They look slightly tilted, which can hide contact marks. I couldn't even guess a grade.

poor photos. MS63 at best and possible details for over dipping. the surfaces do not look original

I am in the MS63 range. $60 is a fair price for the coin.

First thing I noticed is the date. The relief seems too high, with the numerals actually casting shadows. Just a lighting effect I suppose.
Nevertheless, the coin looks processed. I would not have been tempted by this one.
