Looks like a mint error. Likely escaped thru a mint bag instead of a roll.

I love how the memorial and parts of United and One got stretched and warped. To me no doubt it happened at the mint, but how, I have no clue.

I like it a lot.
I'm also with kbbpll about the reverse "stretching". Looks like it's being drawn into a black hole!! LOL

Double struck uniface. Coin was struck normally, then it bounced around while a new planchet was inserted and then struck again off center. The obverse got the details from the second strike but the reverse was struck through the unstruck planchet in the chamber so just stretched out what was already on the coin. Pretty reasonable price for a double struck coin with two dates.
