Close AM, observe three drop marks and a few on rim, reverse some knocks. I will say AU 55 - 58. An 1000 -1500 $ coin. By photos I can not judge the color, I presume is RD.

Big congratulations on the find.
If I remember correctly yours (1992P) is a little rarer than ones from the Denver mint.

HUGE congratulations on the find! It is really amazing and refreshing to see an authentic example of something big like this still out there to be found!

I highly recommend having this graded by a TPG. Fortunately the coin looks to be in awesome shape, which isn't something I can say for the majority of zinc cents out there. If I took a guess I think it might reach AU58?

Again, big congrats to you and if you decide to get it graded or it ends up at an auction, keep us updated please! We love to hear how things like this turn out whether you add it to your collection or decide to sell it off.

Third party grader = TPG.

PCGS, NGC, or ANACS are all good choices. I would personally go with PCGS.

If you want to sell: PCGS best choice for all major auctions houses. For keep in collection and very precise is ANACS. NGC is more for marketing like PCGS.

Superb find. Almost has to go PCGS with conservation to max out the value. Will be expensive to do that but worth it.

Very nice find, it's great to see these still pop up occasionally! Not many zincolns worth being slabbed but this would be one of them.

Wow, it is gonna be gone for a while once I send it. Guess they grade a lot of coins. A lot more that I assumed.

Yes, don't expect it back anytime soon. My last submission has already fallen off the "recent submissions" list but the grades aren't even posted yet let alone me having the coins. But worth it for great coins.
