I see the obverse of a 1959 D Lincoln Memorial cent.

Nice set, especially the FE cent! Looks like it may possibly be 1857 with the obverse of 1856 (Snow-2, FS 401B). What is the designation on the holder?

@MisterT! Thanks! There is no designation on the holder. I just posted my 1899 IHC in the coin grading forum, asking if it is the repunched date Snow-7 variety, despite PCGS not designating anything. Is this Snow-2 variety a bit more scarce for this date?

Adam, do a google search for the FS 401B. The serifs of the E's and the F look like a match to your coin and the bottom of the O on your coin looks squared. There is also a FS 401a which has a repunched date but I don't see that on your coin. Need a better expert than me to assess if your coin is in fact the obverse of 1856. That looks like a $700+ coin. Congrats!

Nice set. Like jbuck, I also see the picture of a Liberty Seated coin.

I will try to repost the images of the Lincoln Cents, as that seems to be where the some people saw images of a different coin. Hopefully this will ensure everyone sees the correct coins!

Seeing this thread revived, I'd add a 1909 VDB as another type personally. Cost should be reasonable if you keep away from the ones with the S mint mark and most people consider this one of the small cent types. It is in my 7070 at least.

A super Type Set you've got there, Adam! But why does the portrait of Lincoln look different on the 2009-S?
