I'd say MS-64 with a pretty good strike.

Several small dings and marks on both the obverse and reverse keeps it at MS64.

the 02(O) typically have average strikes so it is a challenge to find one better than this. the obv strike is a little better than average. luster looks good and based on the photos is unbroken across the cheek. decent eye appeal and surface preservation your have some marks above the eye, minor cheek chatter and on the neck. the reverse has more and some marks right on the middle of the breast which is a key area. overall a decent example of an 02(O)

i think it comes in at MS63+ and right near a 64. I'm thinking PCGS would grade it 63 or + and NGC would grade it MS64

NGC graded this one MS-66. This one to me is a 65, but couldn't get it for a 65 price so I passed. Someone made out like a bandit with NGC getting a 66

Coin will ultimately be worth just what it is. I don't see this as a 66, and I doubt it will change hands many times at a 66 valuation.

No way this is a 66!

That's good you didn't buy the holder

In-hand it probably booms luster like it has its own light source.

this is not a 66 coin by any means. you wouldnt even get 65 at PCGS. I think 63+ or 64 is more appropriate and I think 64 is very generous.
