I think this one makes MS63+ but if they gave it MS64 I think that's okay.

I initially thought it's a 63, but then I looked at examples of MS63 and MS64 and I think yours can qualify as MS64

My first thought was a ms64
I've been collecting for a couple years... Favorite Coin's are Standing Liberty quarters, Working on my type set | Coffee, Corvettes, Coins & the CCF what could be better?

I've seen some MS63's that look better, and some MS64's that look worse. So, the best I can do is somewhere between a 63 and 64.

PCGS graded this MS-65.
Based on the pictures, I had this one at a solid MS-64. I really love the strike and unique toning and I was able to get it for what I think is a good deal. Will see how it looks in hand when I get it this week.
