Looking att he photos, it seems like a great match. The Heritage coin does not show the reverse die crack across OF AMERICA but the coin's description also says that there is a later die state for BB-169: "An even later die state exists for BB-169, with a narrow Cud forming above F in OF on the reverse, unseen on this coin." Maybe that later die state also has the long crack seen on the reverse of this coin.

This example seems to exhibit the reverse die crack.

I think this would go at XF-40. Center weakness is strike. The rim lettering / stars are bold.

I'm at VF35. Nice example. Probably washed out due to scans.

This came in surprisingly just as it had been pictured by the seller. Further thoughts? Thanks!

It appears to have generous cartwheel luster in the video - difficult to reconcile with the apparent wear.

Let's go with strike weakness and AU grade.

Either way - a fabulous example of USA coinage history.

Possibly a top EF like a 45 but maybe dipped giving a bit of an unusual color. Nice piece tho.

Definitely some strike weakness. I was going to say VF-35, but I'll push it up to XF-40 because of that dramatic music on the video.

good one Zurie

new photos I'm bumping my grade from VF30 to XF40

if the coin does grade that high and grades straight you got a great deal. at VF30 you still got a good deal on this one.
