None have shown up here in SW MO. I have a hard time believing the prices on ebay for these(those cancellation stamps must be valuable to some!)

Stopped at a Grand Forks coin shop yesterday. The owner told me the only 2009 Lincoln cents were given out (or sold?) at the Kentucky introduction ceremony. He thinks the ones that are showing up from time to time and on ebay were from that ceremony. I don't know how true this is but he seems knowledgeable. There is still no word on when they will be released nationally. Ken

They will be on the mint for sale friday the 13th. But what I dont understand is why people are paying these prices for mint rolls when they can go to the mint and order it. Look at this purchase history. http://offer.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI....270352110137

$27.95 for a roll? That's outrageous! With prices like that I can wait. I'll wait and get my roll for 50 cents when they're available locally.

I think that was someone wanting some attention making that claim about them being in circulation. I can take a a roll or two right now and spend them, I guess that makes them "in circulation"?

None here in south Texas everytime I get new cents in change I look. May get a roll or two tomorrow and check through them. But the 2008 D cents there are about 35 in each roll I get here. I will be headed back to Pennsylvania at the end of this month I will keep a watch on the change I get and ask at the RV parks I stay in on the way back. No more (D) mints for me soon

<delurk>I got my first two 2009 Lincolns in change here in Santa Barbara today. Unsurprisingly they are D mintmarks, P mintmarks are not very common over here. First 2009 coins of any sort I've seen so far

None in north or central Jersey I have been asking all the banks I go to to get rolls and some of them tell me that they will not be getting any from the mint.

2009 Lincolns in change here in Houston this morning. I was really surprised by this! I didn't think we'd see any for months.
