Looks like they used a half dollar sized Seated Liberty on a dollar sized fake. They claim in the description, that it is NGC certified.

Looks fake to me and I don't know anything about Seated Liberties. But it must be a deal compared to the one priced at $14.8K!

While I was drooling at the 1872-CC dollars, this special treat popped up as a "you might also like".

This one does allow returns. The Chinglish prose describing it is great:

I would buy it for a dollar (not one cent more), out of a dealer's junk box, and add it to my 'black' collection, for my own education.
