Bit difficult to be able to distinguish all scratches on the slab from those on the coin.
Would have been better if it had been photographed before submission, in this case.

Nice luster to be seen under the patina, but
my preference is for blast white, at this grade level, because that is the appearance it would have had, just after leaving the coining press.
Eagle's breast feathers reasonably well defined for strike.

Very obvious, bit small dings on Lib's cheek and nose, other small scratches on reverse field, presumably on the coin.
No wear, all high points intact.

MS-63.

I borrowed the pictures from heritage back in 2007. The slab is cloudy and really marked up.

Tough call with these photos and the toning. Best guess MS-64+

you can expect sharp and bold strikes on CC coins with the exception of 91, 92 and especially 93 when most are quite weak. there's a nice strike under that toning which probably occurred due to how the coin was stored over the years.

its hard to see through the toning to see scratches and marks but she looks like about MS63 maybe 64 with a few minor marks on the nose and cheek. possible a small scratch in front of the nose and a light "X" scratch at K4 but the eye appeal is on lower end so it will hold it back regardless of what the slab says now

Tough call
The toning may be hiding surface disturbances
Cheek is super clean (it seems) and I think 64

I am glad that the old Heritage pics were posted first.
They gave us a better chance of grading with greater accuracy.

PCGS said 65. Definitely low on the eye appeal but marks are very limited outside a couple small ones on the face. Definitely not a premium piece, but a technical grade piece.
