Looks like Chinese junk to me. If that's supposed to be MM position #3 it's not rotated clockwise like a real one.

Looks artificially aged to me. too much wear on the bust to have bright, original red up in the legend.

It's close to MM position #3, but an overlay shows that it's not an exact match, so definitely counterfeit.

Even with the crappy pictures it's an obvious fake. Another fine product made in China.
