I received another one today in change here in North Carolina. That makes 2 for me. I can't find them at any banks though...Where are they coming from?

My local dealer has a roll of them (Denver mint); he pulled one out, slapped it into a plastic flip, and handed it to me - compliments of the "house". I didn't ask how he'd received the roll, though.
