It has to have been wiped, so UNC-details (cleaned).

MS 62 for me and it doesn't look like it should straight grade depending on what caused all the hairlines, but if it did, I'm hopeful for a very large batch of similar quarters I have there in grading now.

too much glare to assess surfaces. do not use overhead light or flashes. tough call using these photos
without better photos, the coin looks MS but due to the glare its not a given. I agree with a couple of the others here. UNC details(cleaned) or MS63. since the hairlines cross over the devices on the obv I'm leaning UNC details (cleaned)

Dipped out AU. AU-55 straight, although I would detail it myself.

Quote: 61 Congrats to echidna, for a 61 grade. Honestly, I can't believe this coin straight graded. To me, it is ultra blast white, looks dipped and wiped. Interesting to me, you won't find this coin on PCGS site, when you search it, click "view more images", you won't see this coin in the PCGS line-up. PCGS jumps from MS67 to AU58 in their images, nothing in between. So the question; Does PCGS recognize/give it a pass based on its rarity? This coin can be found at Heritage, https://coins.ha.com/itm/seated-hal...n-071515-new

I see no reason why this should straight grade, pretty hard to imagine.
