I don't have any 63's or 64's with obverse like this coin bump up about 2 grades. What holds it at 65 is the moderately flat strike on hand and center of gown.

MS-64.
Nice detail in eagle's breast feathers, most probably due to earlier die strike.

AU58 or MS64...leaning MS64. the luster is not there for anything higher imo

Weak strike. Luster is OK, but not great.
Would consider it a nice MS63 or a lower end MS64 at most

It's top end for a 58, I could see it being a slider. I see barely any signs of even the slightest circulation.
