Search for "binding post with screw" on Amazon. My wife buys them from there for her projects.

We used to have an old-school hardware store down the street in the middle of town that had rows and rows and rows of drawered cases of every type of bolt, screw, fastener, etc. It had been in business since 1918. Pretty sure they would have had those, in several sizes. Run out of business by the big box stores. Became a pool hall two years ago.

I've those screw and barrel nuts before......they used to be used in accounting books....specifically on books of collection letters from credit reporting agencies (you would register with a company they would give a book with forms of demand letters for receivable payments ....original copy to your non paying customer duplicate to credit reporting agency).....maybe Stationary Store or Staples?

Brass dome philips head bolts and nutst of appropriate length would be OK, but Dansco original replacements in brass would be best.
If in a major hardware store, ask for binder barrel bolt sets. Office Works stores may also have them, or get them in for you.

I just bought from the site above ( https://www.mcmaster.com/products/sex-bolts/). I put in the order in at about 3pm local time (GMT -7) and within 10 minutes I got an email that my bolts were being shipped. already got the tracking number, and it is out for delivery today. less than on day turn-around.

Well, I forgot to get back to this. I also failed to mention that I was buying small screws for my trellises and not for the Albums, -- my bad, but The order came in next day and was as promised.
The main thing that to order from this site, you are buy in small bulk packages or say 25 or 50. So that alone may stop folks from buying from here.
