Interesting that ANACS would certify/grade in such a fashion.

Did they visually inspect each of these cents or just wing it?

Well, I felt the power! (I reported it)

I wish there was a better way to report these though, the choices are VERY generic.

That, and the limited number of characters allowed to describe the issue(s), makes it difficult to provide much of a report.

Where do you see where you can type a response? I never seen an opportunity to write anything.

I reported this listing as well. Not very honest on the part of the seller.
ANA ID: 3203813 - CONECA ID: N-5637 Clean a coin that may be worth collecting? Please DON'T! When in doubt, leave it dirty!!

Seems fair to me, it's all spelled out in the description, no deception IMO. I think they're cool little sets personally.

I have a set of these ANACS rolls as well! I think ANACS winged it! I've always thought about cracking my rolls open but they really aren't any different from the release set rolls - and I've cracked a lot of those. The ANACS 2009 coins came from initial "first" run. They had a deal with the mint or a bank to get the first coins. ANACS graded thousands of the 2009's. HSN sold those rolls and individual slabbed coins (MS-67) as a set. It was actually CHEAP at the time, the first and only thing I've bought from HSN. It was like $99 with 3 free ANACS grading certs. As I saw it, the certs made the deal excellent!

To be clear, they are selling raw coins, not the certified rolls. Once the coins are placed into the flips, there is no proof they came from the certified rolls. The flip inserts are not legitimate. That is what is deceptive.
