Some products the Mint's release,

Releasing Anniversary Coins Should co-inside with an Original Release, The Peace dollars Were released in 1925, The Morgan silver dollars Were NOT released in 1925.

IMO, Over-Saturation of the Historic anniversary Morgans released, resulted in a Cold looking Modern version which commemorated the 100th Anniversary Peace and Morgan dollars, Enough is Enough, The series did not go on Forever.......

Let the series Rest. Not even a Die Clash, No Transferred letters, Not even a Sweet Die Break, Modern Releases......

This set is not performing as well as expectations as the 2024 versions are still currently available from the mint. Hopefully they will drop the reverse proof options. I can live with a BU and proof version.

I agree this set has been over done. I enjoyed the initial release then the first year of proofs but I think its time to give it a rest. They are getting expensive.

I let my subscription for two process this year, but unless something is special for next year, I'm dropping it to one because of the price.

I received my set yesterday and it is just spectacular. Overpriced, yes, but a great looking set.

I got mine today and honestly I do not like the looks of the reverse proof. Different strokes I guess.

Indeed. I like the set I got in '23 though.

My set also just arrived. As others have said, they look fantastic, but the price is getting a bit eye-watering to the point where I don't think I really need to get this set every year. Of course, if the Mint follows through on its proposal to issue a Semiquincentennial dollar coin with our current president's image on the obverse I plan to cancel all my current subscriptions with the Mint anyway, so I guess it won't matter.

I'm interested in this set. Am I better off rolling the dice at the mint for $220 shipped or would I be better to just pick up a NGC 69 set on ebay for $200? Sure a 70 would be nice but I doubt I'd ever get my set graded. Are these coming prestine from the mint or dinged up? A set of slabbed 69s is $20 cheaper though but no chance of a 70.
