Quote: Anyone know Anything about the FIJI Minted 2022's. How did they End Up ? Anyone buy them ?
From what I can see there is not much knowledge of these and therefore not yet any great demand. Further the photos tend to not look all that great, but they actually do look good if you look at the video below and would make a nice addition to those who have a full collection and want to expand beyond US MINT releases (as there was no 2022). They also arent cheap and are pre graded.
The 2023 fijis also still available 10,000 sets ... Includes the 2023 one ounce, 1/2 ounce, 1/4 ounce and 1/10 ounce Fiji Eagle coins. All 4 coins certified PERFECT RP70 First Strike by ANACS https://shopcsntv.com/2023-silver-e...-series.html

Just Not for Me..
Yes they arent US Mint products, some may enjoy expanding beyond the US Mint issues as these and others like those glow in the dark etc are out there. At those prices its quite hard to pull the trigger regardless even if you like them.
Personally for fun I will instead get the copper and silver 1 ounce morgan rounds from golden state mint. Something like that is still the value of the base metal and can enjoy the design for cheaper pricing. I prefer getting limited mintage releases normally as that can push values up beyond just the metal value if popular. https://www.goldenstatemint.com/1-o...99-Fine.htmlhttps://www.goldenstatemint.com/1-o...99-fine.html I also like some of the reproductions mentioned here for fun additions http://goccf.com/t/446111#3850946
I see the 2023 coins starting to show up for sale on APMEX, etc... premium attached... One of the first things I learned about modern coins is purchasing them is like gambling! ;-)

Normally with coins intended for collectors with modern minting techniques they should come near perfect (69 or 70) but the 2021 and possibly 2023 may not always be that way and create 'condition' rarities. In that case its like gambling if you happened to get a 70 and it otherwise isn't like that across the board with everyones coins. Also if you buy bags or rolls and that happens same thing could occur.
If its graded its less gambling although a few times milk spots or such can later cause issues.
What is gambling are the cases where there is a high value on only the top grade of a coin (due to not being found in that grade but a few times) and all other grades are lower value than the grading fees. If you send it in hoping for that one grade that makes money, ,thats a form of gambling and urge people to check the census of the number in that grade, if there is only say 1 or 2 its super unlikely that your coin will be that grade.
The Silver Peace dollar is one of the most iconic designs in U.S. numismatic history, but it is just one of many designs initially submitted. Unfortunately, most of these competing designs have been lost to time. Surprisingly, one of the design sketches from Adolph A. Weinmann that was in contention for the Peace dollar design has recently been discovered hidden amongst the thousands of numismatic documents, photos, and illustrations stored within the Smithsonian. Looks like they recreated some with 144 1 oz gold FDOI PF 70 medals and 660 2 oz silver FDOI PF 70 medals in the NGC population as gold and silver commemoratives by master engraver Jody Clark.
So that is another example where a collector might like to have something interesting like that was just my point, but is not going to have lots of demand as its virtually unknown and is a commemorative rather than a us mint release and so shouldnt ever really go up in value but stuff like that perhaps is interesting to those who may like a 'collection' or variation but not those who after after making money mostly..
While I see The idea You are Making, I am Sure, Others will be All In... Here. I am also seeing how Others Could Clearly be wanting for ANY of the Above mentioned " COINS ". I have NOT intended to be not seeing this.

I don't know why. I guess I'm a natural hoarder and I take much joy in stacking unopened boxes of US Mint products. I used to open everyone I received but about 20 years ago, I just stopped opening them. I get much joy in seeing all the stacked up boxes and I like knowing I have the coins but I prefer that they be unboxed. I know, kinda weird but that's who I am I suppose
