Seems like the 1893-CC has the same hole in the fifth feather down on the left as other CC fakes you've posted. Just going by memory of the markers.

Both of these fakes have the same label with Morgan on the label, so most likely being produced by the same counterfeiter. The reverses are different on the fakes, but I guess that figures because the fakes are different grades. Is this the same counterfeiter that produced the CC Morgan's with the scratch on the breast and bump above the D on the reverse? I do not recall any of the CC breast scratch Morgan's having Morgan on the label.

Can definitely see the "hole" in the 1893-CC rev on the right:

But notice they're both from the same seller in Littleton, CO.

If the FBI ever gets serious about universally enforcing the law, they would buy this item, make their case and track down this c.ounterfeiter. Then, they, the so-called "justice system" (ha-ha) would ideally make an example of him.

If this trend continues, it won't be long until QVC and the HSN start telemarketing fakes!

Perhaps it is time to bring back the Act of 30 April 1790.

As long as there are no legal ramifications to selling counterfeits, the practice will continue and indeed proliferate.

That's the "Counterfeiting is Death" one, is it not? I can't say I disagree with that one.

Aren't the tabs that hold the coins in the holder wrong on these fakes?
I think I see 4 tabs and a real PCGS slab only has 3.

You are correct as the holder and coin are both fake. This counterfeit holder has an easy tell on the label. PCGS only used the word Morgan on the label in 1921 to distinguish between the Peace dollar and Morgan dollar as all other dates do not have the word Morgan on the PCGS label.
