Glad you have this find safeguarded in a 2x2. Please flatten those staples though. You wouldn't want to inadvertently scratch another coin.

Wow, this is a spectacular double error. What's the weight? Curious if it's a lamination or a strike through

Very nice double error coin.  I would be happy to find that in circulation. I question if the obverse feature is a strike through or lamination. It appears the bottom of the resulting trough has a rough surface texture which leads me to lamination. @gigi - why do you conclude strike through?

Very nice find. That struck through is substantial and a nice rotated die on a modern coin is a great find.
To accent the rotated die you could always notch the cardboard flip so the notch is visible from both sides. That lets anyone looking at it be able to see the rotation easier.
