What a beautiful coin jerryc39!I don't think it's a VF-20,a VF-20 has much more wear on the tops of the reverse wings.It looks more VF-25 or even a VF-30.The value jumps substantially every grade higher. The date and the CC all check out authentic. Awesome!!!

I'm going to say a conservative VF25. rev is closer to 30

there is one issue that could details the coin that no one called out. it looks like someone did something to the left cotton ball like they took a knife and carved out a diamond. since this appears to be intentional a TPG most likely wont this pass

don't see anything on the coin that looks like knife carving. Maybe small circulation dings in that area.
