a tad weak for an 03(O) but in the strike range. glare makes it a challenge to determine if all the luster is there for a 65. I'm going with IGE on this one MS64 but if all the luster is there and unbroken its a 65. specifically look at the nose and cheek on this one.

I'll say MS-64, possibly MS-65.

I'd say you've got a nice MS-65.

Looks like a gem. The reverse is 66 or better but the obverse holds it back. Solid 65 overall, with great eye appeal.

Thanks, everyone, I'm at MS-65. I'll update the thread when it comes back from PCGS.

Just wanted to update this thread. I finally got the coin back from PCGS. Was hoping for a 65, but it could have gone either way.

Tough break, but still a knockout coin.

With the new photos, I think the bit of rub on the cheek might of held it back from Gem.

It's a high end 64. Nice coin.

The coin does not belong in a 64 holder as it is a 65.

It still looks like a solid 65 to me in the new pic. Given the 64/65 spread, though, it's probably not worth cracking.

Yes, it might have gotten a 65 on a better day, but I agree that it's not worth resubmitting given the small value difference.
