closer look at these areas and paralyse is right, they are fingerprints. from what I've seen they don't really affect grade but value

The marks on the cheek look mostly like frost breaks. I'd say a solid MS-65, although the fingerprint affects eye appeal.

The fingerprint netted it down to 64 for me but I think yes technically a 65 and might get that from a TPG.

The fingerprint isn't nearly as noticeable in these new photos. I could see it pulling a 65. The cheek is clean and fields look pretty nice.
