The marks on the cheek look mostly like frost breaks. I'd say a solid MS-65, although the fingerprint affects eye appeal.

The fingerprint netted it down to 64 for me but I think yes technically a 65 and might get that from a TPG. |

The fingerprint isn't nearly as noticeable in these new photos. I could see it pulling a 65. The cheek is clean and fields look pretty nice.
