I don't think you should bother getting it graded. It's F12 at best. It won't fetch a very high premium.

I've seen some sell for $75 on ebay. A guy I follow on TikTok told me $300+ but I don't know where he gets his info from.

You has with no doubt an RDV-008 Type H IIb RDV variety. This it is RARE in the 1969D Quarters. I am happy to see another coin one come up. Me personally I will grade with ANACS which recognise these varieties. IMHO it is an 45.

For price it is hard to say. I will tell you that I estimate only 0.5 % of the production has this variety. I will never sell at 75. 300 must be dealer price so it is 50% less of the really value. In MS 65 I sold with 5500 $.

Congrats on the find.
This is the proof reverse (Wide "E S")on a circulation strike coin.

Silviosi knows the rarity of those design varieties on those quarters. I agree about ANACS grading it, especially since their holder lets you see the info on the label without removing it from the storage box. Their labels are very handy when looking through multiple holders, especially when you don't have to remove each one to see the label.
Words of encouragement are one of the major food groups.
We need to consume them regularly to thrive and grow.

Thank you all for the help and praise.

When I get back to California, I will send it to anacs. I will let everyone know the result.
