Probably a glamour shot of an impaired and it seems damaged (rim issues) proof. I doubt they'd be selling a polished coin as a proof.

The sad thing is someone paid $107.00 for this? You should see my infamous change jar for coin shows. I through stuff like this in all the time. Just so I can show children (esp under age 13) old stuff tha t you pay face value for at most.

It's not a proof. It's just a well struck circulation strike that has the image amped up (manipulated) to show the brilliance.
This is why I dislike trying to judge and grade coins from pictures.
