I'd return it. The surfaces look quite beat up. The ebay photo you provided is highly manipulated.

It looks MS and likely 63 as noted above. Eye appeal is neutral to negative from my screen. My value estimate is about $300 at retail. I'd feel like a got a great deal for $200. At $400? Not a good purchase.

Agree with everyone else. Also, avoid Morgandealer. Their photos are not accurate and most coins cleaned.

The coin looks MS but the two scratches in the neck are likely to detail it. If a return option is available, returning it would be advisable.

Cleaned coins, deceptive pictures, sketchy return policy. And make sure that they refund you in full. Because they are considered a "Top Seller", ebay allows them to issue a partial refund for whatever bogus reason they make up (the coin was scratched/dinged/opened). Make sure you get your original shipping back too. F those guys.

I'm betting cleaned and AT on this one. see my post on you 89(O) you are not experienced enough to be laying out those kind of $$ without having a solid background to assess these. never, ever rely on their descriptions. notice how dull the surfaces are on the reverse where you can see the entire coin. for an MS coin it should not be flat and dull like that. the original surfaces have been removed. the scratches on the obv would details the coin also
the photos are so bad that its tough to determine if there is any circulation wear on it. they look enhanced
maybe UNC details. send it back if you can

For less than $100 more, you can buy a MS slabbed/toned CC.... my LCS has a couple.

I would absolutely return this one. I am not convinced it is truly unc. As other have said, be aware of some ebay sellers. Do you homework first.
