That's a weird one! The washer even looks like it was "homemade". Use a nicer washer next time..

It's not outside the realm of possibility that this washer could have entered the production stream accidentally. There's really no way to tell.

Cert is good - appears like a legit holder. No reason to take the listing down. At that price, will probably be up for the next decade or so.
