All great guesses! The next clue was going to be that English was not her third language nor her fourth because she never spoke English at all!!!!

 Thank you, Captain Mandrake! Boudicca was a fierce warrior queen, and her story is fascinating. I'm surprised that the UK has never honored her on a coin. Inordinately fascinated by bits of metal with strange markings and figures

In my opinion, The Royal Mint's coins far surpass those of the US Mint.
