This one is really hard, the coin itself looks mostly nice, but that gouge on the neck details it for me. So I would say Uncirculated - Details Scratch (or Damage) can't tell, would need to see the coin in hand.

I'd like to see pics with more light on the lower half of both sides.

The neck scrape might preclude a straight grade; if a TPG gives it a pass I'd think MS-65 would be fair. There is nice frost over the eagle especially and the strike is solid, with Liberty's left thumb complete.

Unsure how everyone is so quick to grade without brighter pics of the lower half of both sides of this coin.

The photo makes it look like there is a neck scrape, but there actually isn't one. I'm trying to get better photos, but so far not working out too well.

Looks pretty nice. Maybe MS-65? We'll need brighter pictures on the lower side, as Coinfrog said.
Errers and Varietys.

I'm at MS-65 as well. I've been to enough coin shows with poor lighting so I feel right at home.

Attractive example. Is that die polishing lines on the inner wings at 7 oclock? Atleast MS65

i agree with a little better lighting setup. not sure thats a hit on the neck or a planchet flaw. also unable to determine if luster is all intact. post a closer shot of the neck as well if you decide to give new photos

The coin looks MS but better photo lighting would allow us to see the surfaces better.

It looks quite cleaned to me, though that may just be the particular angle the photo was taken at. I don't see any actual luster.

Looks 64-65, those dies must have been extensively worn to have that much flowlining going on.

i was going to mention the metal flow on this one. I think the only thing that I can conclude on this one is the coin is MS. the reverse strike is pretty strong. I'm not seeing any issues in the shadow areas other than possible missing luster. I'm betting the ticks on the gown are die related. I'm not an expert on the striking process but I'm thinking due to the later die state that increased pressure caused the metal flow and at the same time the strong details on the higher devices
if the luster in those shadow areas is similar to the rest of the coin I can agree with paralyse on the grade

I'm with Coinfrog, I can't grade this based on the images. I agree it is struck from fatigued dies and it looks MS.
