Not worth grading, but still a very nice looking cent.

Way too much spotting. The fields look like they have a lot of problems. How did you get the pictures so "enhanced" ? I'm sure that is not how the cent looks in hand.

very nice looking cent, but yes, if you sent it in, it would most likely come back as a 'Details' coin.

well marve65 that's exactly how the coin looks in hand. My pictures are from the Tomlov pro 602. That why I uploaded the coin as it was something I've have not ran across before.

Nice cent but save your money, not worth the expense of grading.
Take a look at my other hobby ... http://www.jk-dk.art

question do you guys want me to take a pic of all 50 of the remaining 1979 coins as this again is something that's blowing my mind. I mean they wont be zoomed in as much as ill use my iPhone but you can get an idea of the details and shininess. Again I am not looking to sell any nor make a million but to have a coin that 67+ is a goal to add to my collection. Again this is just the year 79 as I have more like this from 1959 to 1989

That is a good looking cent! Grading will eat into any profit. The coin sells itself, no need for getting a TPG involved.

Quote: question do you guys want me to take a pic of all 50 of the remaining 1979 coins as this again is something that's blowing my mind If it were me, I would sort them out. Find the best of the best ones and share them individually. Perhaps one it worth the time sending in. Quote: Again I am not looking to sell any nor make a million but to have a coin that 67+ is a goal to add to my collection. That is a worthy goal, so ignore my previous comment about profit. However, I would still want you to just focus in sorting the best examples from the rest, then we can help you assess their potential. Quote: Again this is just the year 79 as I have more like this from 1959 to 1989 Same process. Sort out the best ones for review.

I split the second on into a new topic to avoid confusion... http://goccf.com/t/473161Also, I moved this to the main US Modern coins forum since it is not a V/E question.
