I have one as well, but it seems to have some minor spots on the reverse, fully lustrous otherwise. I've seen a few of these bandying around, usually in quite low grade. trig posted one of these on the first page, so it's nothing new. Philippines 50 Sentimo 1983. On the reverse, the genus of the Philippine eagle should be Pithecophaga.  Inordinately fascinated by bits of metal with strange markings and figures
