Whatever date it is the reverse is without a doubt a CAM.

Definitely a CAM & if it makes you feel any better, I don't think its a 1993. Here's a 1993 https://www.pcgs.com/coinfacts/coin...3-1c-rd/3107 vs the 1992 .... https://www.pcgs.com/coinfacts/coin...am-bn/412708

If you notice, the top of the 2 is thicker & shaped slightly different than the 3. The 2 also droops more vs. the 3

the only thing that would make me feel better is to wake up one day and the coin has been revived. I for sure new it was not a 93 or 98. My thoughts Is I have a 92 CAM that does not even make the grading scale

it could, but even as the top half of an eight as it begins its transition to the bottom it starts to thin. Or what I think I See. it could truly be anything but to me and My collection labeled "Odd Coin" haha

I don't know how to put a image over image, but I see you figured out already.

About your coin, well I think we will never know for sure, but if I were you I would keep it, just in case.

It is not a 92 and that is what this discussion is about. I have showed many different folks how to narrow down dates when the whole date is not available. There are subtle changes in the devices in many different years/sets of years, that Dr. Wiles has made available, here is his help once again. The marked up pics are from VV and here is the link to refer to in the future for obverse and reverse changes.

It is not a 1992. It is a 1993 and the only way you can tell is from the bow tie. 1992 had a revised bow tie and it was only in production for that year. 1993 the bow tie changed yet again.
