Are they "new" or the old ones just enlarged? I'm still at 64. Cant see much chatter or damage to be a lower grade.

Photos are small and out of focus. I say MS-something. It's definitely a small date. Nice coin.

I could see it going 65. These things are tough in nice attractive condition so I might forgive a little roughness and mark. A lot of these have been "beat up" a lot worse than this one and many are unattractive first.
Time don't fly, it bounds and leaps.

Most fall in the 60-64 range, probably like 90+%.
