Yes. That is what I meant. My Dansco album that I have currently only covers P&D mints for ATB Quarters, so no problem there. Think I'll leave it at that. I think if I was going to work on any series, I'd work on the State Quarter series. Much less confusion. I do already have a "date set" of S minted clad proof coins, though. So far, that's been good enough for me.

Received my order from ebay seller kdv1970 today. Not sure if yours came this way Dearborn but mine were stapled all around to a sheet of paper. It made me very nervous opening them up as not to accidentally scratch them. I would have preferred them in a cheap 2x2 or flip. Luckily none of them broke free in shipping and all were fine. Received another order from a different seller and they put them all in 2x2's

I have ordered from kdv1970 before and that is how I received them. Saving on supplies I reckon but the coins were fine. I get my S quarters from what ever seller has them the cheapest

Was there not a 2021-S business strike for the Washington Crossing The Delaware Quarter? I find it odd they would not do one.

At the time it was being planned, it wasn't going to be anything special, just the new permanent circulation quarter.

I suppose it makes sense to suspend the special S-business strike program for an ordinary quarter.

A surprising number S-mints are getting into circulation. It's probably a multitude of factors with the big one being that heirs don't know there's anything special or dealers are dumping them. It's not like they'll have enough coming in to make a a shipment or line item on an invoice.
Sample size and quality are much too low to make an estimate but my intuition suggests it could be as many as half of the earlier dates are getting into circulation. I initially thought it was being caused mostly by collectors spending the culls but this is less likely based on the fact the proportions in circulation favor the oldest dates too much. One might blame it on speculation but sales are relatively steady. It's curious and there just aren't enough finds to make any judgements.
Time don't fly, it bounds and leaps.
